Crossroads Cares
Doing work that matters extends beyond our office walls.
Crossroads Cares has four pillars — like our logo diamond has four sides — and everything begins and ends with culture. The other three pillars – charity, volunteerism, and talent – are the ways we express our culture and what matters to us, by extension, in the world. Our values, ethics, and attitudes are the promises we make to our workforce and our clients and guide everything we do – and part of what makes Crossroads a Mosaic Top Inclusive Workplace.

We genuinely care about the history and vision of our clients.
We operate with integrity.
We believe in - and practice - strategy before tactics.
We support and seek a diverse set of personal passions, skill sets, and life experiences among our team members.
Charity
Supporting Community Organizations to Drive Lasting Change
Crossroads Cares started as a way for employees to engage with causes that matter to them in meaningful and impactful ways. Instead of the business selecting one charity to donate to each year, each employee can select a cause to benefit people, pets, or the planet, and Crossroads makes an annual $250 donation in their name.
Our annual giving has supported food banks, animal shelters, cancer networks, hospice, LGBTQIA+, sea and marine ecosystems, STEM, horticulture, veterans, domestic violence intervention, housing, healthcare, equine therapy, youth services, and more.

Volunteerism
Investing Our Time & Talent in Causes That Matter
Crossroads employees have more ways than one to support the causes that matter most to them. In addition to annual donations to their charity of choice, team members can invest their time and talent on the clock to give back to the community through education networks, nonprofit board service, and other volunteer efforts.

Special Olympics
"I am reminded to be brave in changing the public's mindsets towards people with intellectual disabilities by showing the world what they can achieve. Special Olympics matters to me because it allows me to be there for my brother, Mitchell Horn, in all of his goals in life."
Clarehouse
"I volunteer at Clarehouse because absolutely everyone deserves a dignified death."
Colorectal Cancer Alliance
“I volunteer with the Alliance to honor my dad’s fight with cancer, and Crossroads Cares has given me the chance to help bring awareness to colorectal cancer on a larger scale.”
Talent
Creating Opportunities for Success
As a company, we have the privilege to make a difference for our team members through professional development opportunities to further develop their talents and extend their careers. Each full-time Crossroads team member can access at least 20 hours of paid training, education, and talent enrichment through workshops, courses, and conferences. We also provide internship opportunities for students to gain real experience in the field.

Crossroads cares about doing the right thing…because it’s the right thing to do.
Crossroads Cares is an extension of our work culture and ethics, and it’s felt throughout the organization. What began as a charity initiative has grown into a dedicated effort to do the right thing in ways that align with our values with the causes we care about.
